How your order ships
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some products have restrictions, and a few cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, our website automatically calculates your shipping charges. If there is an error in your shipping cost, we will email you about any adjustment before your order ships.
Shipping rates for many of our items are weight-based. You can find the weight of any such item on its product detail page.
Our returns policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, for example if you received an incorrect or defective item.
When to expect your refund: You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases it is faster. This window covers transit time back to us (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days).
How to return an item
To return an item, log in to your account and open the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, then click the Return Item(s) button. You can also call us or use our return form.
We will email you to confirm your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
